i. Legilimency - How resistant are you to people poking around in your brainparts? Is there anything that Bellatrix would see straight off,or anything that she absolutely would NEVER be able to see? Or could she never, ever get in at all? Let me know!

ii. Imperius - Is it possible to slip and and control your actions ever, or is this totally not up for negotiation? (This spell is controlled by the target's willpower, anyway, so - it's more frequently successfully resisted.)

iii. avada kedavra -
What effect would a killing curse have on you if something other than a coma? Would you just get up? Feel refreshed? Aske for another? Something else?

iv. Would magic in general have any weird or unexpected effects on your character (or on Bella)?

v. Do you stand out as extraordinarily ...human and mundane for any reason? Just looking for people that might ping her sense of muggle hate.

i. She can poke around in there, but she won't be able to see all that much. Just a lot of mundane butlering. Bit disappointing, right? Now you know Grell's pain...

ii. Idk. His willpower is pretty damn strong. And he's also not human. So I think he'd be okay?

iii. He'd just get up, lol. Sorry, Bella. I don't think your weak human magics can do much.

iv. Mm, not really? Unless she cast a spell to see if she could tell what kind of being he was? Then it'd be like YEAH HE'S A DEMON.

v. Probably the opposite, actually. If you look closely his posture isn't terribly human at all. And of course the red eyes... and if he does anything flashy...

i. Riza: Some resistance. She wouldn't be able to see anything about the tattoo or the war, but she might be able to catch some stray thoughts or see some of the things Riza doesn't realize about herself.
Deneve: Steel trap. She'd get next to nothing out of her.
Yachiru: Eh, she could probably see anything. Yachiru could hide everything but she doesn't really care to.

ii. Riza: ... nnnegotiable. Bit of a hard sell though, because she is stubborn. But it's possible.
Deneve: Negotiable but unlikely.
Yachiru: Negotiable but very unlikely.

iii. Only a varying length in coma, probably. Riza would be down the longest being just a normal human, Deneve would probably pick herself up after a few minutes, and Yachiru would probably just fall down and get up angry.

iv. Hmm, Riza and Deneve have no "magic" in their canons (despite being surrounded by stuff that looks like magic) so it would probably affect them normally. Yachiru would probably have more resistance because she has very strong reiatsu which is like magic? Plus she's probably the best able to retaliate.

v. Riza is just a Normal Human. No powers, nothing special or extraordinary with exception of good instincts and the ability to 'sense danger' which isn't actually magical really. Deneve has some power but nothing outside of the norm for Anatole (seriously, this place, what even). Yachiru is pretty strong, "magically," especially for a wee one.

i. He's had no formal training, but there's a good number of ah, repressed memories? Things he tries to forget. And he does most of his thinking/remembering in Italian anyway...

ii. He's fairly resilient-- his genetics have kept him from being controlled before, but I wouldn't be surprised if he has to struggle a little bit first.

iii. Coma it is!

iv. It might really hurt his eyes? Other than that, probably not.

v. Sorta? He's almost magically sneaky and stealthy and is really good at finding people, even if he's never seen them before, or even if they're disguised. His Eagle Vision probably won't ping magical or muggle, but uh. Yeah.

i. Heine isn't very resistant, I guess, but the inside is like whoaaaaa ewww little kids killing each other and almost complete chaos under the immediate thoughts, and he has a separate persona of sorts that's even more Ax Crazy than him. As for Hades, he's pretty open in a way - you have to start thinking like him if you want to understand the inside of his mind, and... that might take a bit of work. even after she's 'in,' Hades's mind is probably pretty much impossible to understand.

ii. Heine: possible! might take a bit of work, though. Hades: nope.

iii. Heine: ahahaha they have already tested this. fall down, get back up, get even more pissy than usual. Hades: No effect. XD

iv. heine: not really? he might recover a bit faster, but other than that, no. hades: uhhh. it's highly unlikely that any spells would actually hit him, because he can literally disappear/reappear at will to avoid them, but if he does actually get hit by one, it won't bother him much.

i. She's welcome to poke around in Roy's head, but he's pretty good at burying his true intentions beneath layers and layers of mundane shit...when he wants to or if he deems it something of importance. There's also a lot he doesn't really know in terms of himself for that same reason -like it's repressed. The only things he's repressed to the point of STAY OUT are memories of his childhood, and anything referring to his past with Riza ranks up there, too.
Dietrich is probably pretty resilient, but if Bella can get in, nothing isn't off limits.
Ichigo... While he himself is kind of an open book about some things (and he's bad at hiding things), the Hollow would make miserable the time of anyone who tried getting in. Between sideways cities and crazy albino!Ichigo, she'd have a fine time trying to get anything out of him.

ii. Roy has a tendency to go all "Screw the rules!" whenever something important to him is at stake (it's also when he's at his most vulnerable but most dangerous), so depending on how his emotional state is at the time, she might be able to pull it off.
Dietrich is negotiable depending upon how it's gone about.
Ichigo... again, good luck? Unless he's been beaten down pretty good and is at a low, he's about as resilient as they come.

iii. Roy and Dietrich would be down for the count, him moreso than her (but she's an Offensive type, so she wouldn't be as quick to stand as a Defensive like Deneve). Ichigo... Oh, he's been down that road already... and he stood right back up, ripped off the arm of the guy who knocked him down, then blew half his body away.

iv. None of them really have any sort of "magical" attributes, unless one counts alchemy despite its being a science. Ichigo's close with his freakishly crazy-huge reiatsu, and a little voice in his head who likes to fire off Ceros.

v. Roy is a perfectly normal human (the whole alchemy thing requires that he have an array since he hasn't been through the gate, and he doesn't really MAKE the fire, just adjusts the oxygen concentration of the air through scientific/alchemical means). Dietrich has a little bit, but nothing unusual considering Anatole and how many of her kind there are wandering around. Ichigo... WAS human, but he's not in his body so he's basically a detached soul. He's also got the Hollow that will object to intruders in his head and will come out and lay the smackdown if Ichigo's on the verge of death.

i:
Hughes - is a normal human and I doubt mind resistance was taught in the Amestris Military Academy. So, getting in would probably mean she'd see lots of shots of his beautiful wife, wonderful daughter, his BBF and the extended friends/family and probably war-torn Ishbal.

Ishida - Again, I don't think part of his Quincy training involved mind resistance of any kind, so, getting in would give her a lovely view of lots of Hollows, his Sensei and his rather strained relationship with his father, Ryuuken. Oh, and you'd probably also get a feeling of they're my friends even if we don't talk about it when it comes to Renji, Rukia and Ichigo.

Reid - Oh boy. If she got bored and wanted to look in here... well, for one, the kid's a genius and remembers everything he reads, so there'd be all that information. Plus.. there's his mommy issues, his daddy issues, his PTSD issues, his drug issues, his nightmares, etc. Added bonus is something that I haven't yet explored in Anatole as well... the mist is enhancing his abilities as a profiler, i.e., he's going to be developing low level telepathy and empathy. So I'd imagine his mind is a very complex thing if she wants to try it. XD

ii.
I'll say this for all three of my headkids: I think this would be interesting to do, but considering their willpower, it might not be something that would last very long. Probably until they realized that something funky was going on. .

iii
I'd say coma for the three of them. I'm guessing anyway. Magic isn't something that really came up in any of their canons before. XD

iv
Hughes - Don't think so.

Ishida - Him... I can admit to not being sure of.

Reid - Don't think so.

v
Hughes - Well, I don't know if he would or not. After all, Hughes is a man of two coins: one being the family man the other being the military one.

Ishida - Isn't exactly human. Well, okay, he IS, but he has the added bonus of being a Quincy too. So, he's human, but he's a special human.

Reid - I think he already has, hasn't he? XD

i. She is more than welcome to poke around in his head. He's slightly crazy, though he can hide it well enough, and his thoughts are usually pretty random. There's a lot of beating himself up over past issues and events.

ii. This boy is crazy and thus not so resistant. FEEL FREE TO MANIPULATE HIM! XD He'll freak out afterward cos he's been raised Catholic so it'll seem like some sort of demonic possession to him.

iii. Other than a coma? Well, he might twitch on the ground a bit? Maybe foam at the mouth XD

iv. Not really. He's entirely human.

v. He can when he wants to! The whole assassin thing and crazy bloodlust isn't something he really tries to broadcast... unless it gets broadcasted... ohgod the broadcast minds are going to be an adventure...

1. General policy is talk to me when it comes to mind invasions since I don't really have any characters where that wouldn't cause an issue.

2. Another case of talk to me - but I will say it probably won't work on Aizen.

3. :|a Aizen's not really alive exactly, so I'm not sure it would have an effect at all, really. Jennifer is also not actually alive so it might not make a difference. OTHER THAN THAT IT'S COMAS THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH. Priscilla might wake up early?

4. Priscilla and Mello would probably be affected normally. Jennifer and Aizen (ESPECIALLY AIZEN) would be the most resistant, but Aizen's the one to be careful about.

5. NO HUMANS HERE except mello. I bet she'd hate him, but he's not especially human or mundane, LOL

1. Shirley is, by default, not poke-able. THAT SAID, she may allow some things to be poked at for trolling purposes, so just talk to me! Quatre is poke-able, but his head is a mess.
2. NEITHER? Shirley would lol at it; Quatre may be affected, but he is ridiculously persistent. Bella is always allowed to try, though!
3. I have no idea what would happen to Shirley. NOTHING?? Possibly more loling. /)_(\ Quatre would be affected like any other person.
4. On Shirley, probably. I'm not sure to what degree. Magic in her world and the HP world is very different, but attack spells besides the ones discussed should work normally.
5. Quatre probably does!

i. She might be able to see images of Facinaturu, or MAYBE a few flashes of memory, and there's a definitely 'not-entirely-human' feel to things in her mind.
ii. Asellus has high WIL (in game), so chances are she'd shrug off the attempt, especially if she realized what was going on.
iii. It probably wouldn't do much aside from stun her, honestly.
iv. Nothing comes to mind... but Asellus' magic resistance is really very high (at least, in comparison to others in her game except the mages), so there's.... that....
v. Not at all!

[identity profile] sunglassedsnake.livejournal.com 2011-05-07 12:53 am (UTC)(link)
i. crowley is resistant, but surface thoughts are fair game.

ii. imperius would probably be resisted. he holds his burning wreck of a bentley together through sheer will, after all.

ii. probably no effect on him if he's in a normal state, otherwise - coma!

iv. many spells might just not work on him, because despite being in a human body and gaining human tastes, crowley remains very much not human.

iv. ...no? he does wear shades all the time and have a taste for expensive luxuries, but.

[identity profile] turquoice.livejournal.com 2011-05-24 08:36 pm (UTC)(link)
i. She can see anything she'd like! Feel free to have her read into his bracket thoughts or whatnot.

ii. Yes, I'd just want to be contacted first.

iii. This is complicated, since Hitsugaya's sort of a spirit already. The mist has materialized him a human body, but I'm still not sure it would work, because of the nature of the spell.

iv. No.

v. He would probably strike her as more inhuman than human. ALL DAT SPIRIT POWER.
